WHAT DO I NEED TO PRE-QUALIFY?

The Avondale Hills Workforce Housing Program offers 24 apartments where applicants may qualify if their household income falls under the 80% AMI (Area Median Income) range. Listed below are the documents we need to move forward with your application.

• Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older

• Four consecutive pay stubs

• Six consecutive months of checking account statements

• Most recent savings account statement
